It is the last week of September 2018, and (finally!) Fall is in the air! Where I am it is wet and dark outside; we have a front of rain that has been stalled out over us this weekend, and the rain and with it the cool air looks to be here for the week, cooling us off from the prior weeks' blistering heat and ushering in Fall!
I wanted to do something special for the outset of this season this year. So, I brainstormed and decided upon SPOOKTOBER!
My goal is to post at least one poem or short story a week that is Halloween themed/related/at-least-somewhat-spooky in some way. I have been cooking up some stuff I think you'll enjoy :)
So start checking back on Monday, October 1st. When you see the Spooktober Banner on the site, you'll know Fall and with it the Halloween season, have begun! Enter and read, if you dare!
